Solution: Planned to take into account residents, with minimal disruption in an optimal timeframe.

Problem: Failed membrane to balconies leaking into the office below and water ingress in the facade system.

Problem: Failed membrane causing leaks into plant rooms below.

Solution: Mechanically fixed PVC system, corrected falls, installed height safety system.

Problem: Leaking metal roof, condensation caused by no insulation. Assessed requirements and recommended an alternative methodology to resolve the issue with the least impact in a live environment.

Solution: Insulated PVC Roof.

Problem: Leaking metal roof.

Solution: Complete replacement in a difficult access, roof pitch changed. No scaffolding solution with minimal impact on residents.
